Simeon "The Grin" Thoresen Signs a Multi-Fight Deal with the UFC
His manager Alex MMA revealed the news via his personal Facebook page today:
“following what seems like a lifetime of work it brings me great joy to announce that UWC World Champion Simeon "The Grin" Thoresen has signed a MULTI FIGHT deal with the UFC, and has become the 1st Norwegian 77kg to ever sign with the promotion! at this stage we cannot disclose who or when he will be fighting!!”
Thoresen is currently the Ultimate Warrior Challenge Welterweight Champion and has won five of his last six fights. One of those victories was against current UFC Welterweight John Maguire at BAMMA 3 back in May 2010.
