Brett “Lil Ninja” Caswell to Make His Professional Debut at Shock N Awe 13
Looking to welcome him to the pro division is Celtic Pride's Stephen Gifford who had a spectacular start to his own professional career with a second round TKO victory against Karl Young.
Another scintillating match up by the man they call the Jedi Brian Adams.
Brett Caswell 0.0.0. (Gym01) vs Stephen Gifford 1.0.0. (Celtic Pride)
Quote: Having fought on two previous Shock n Awe shows being asked to come back on to this show was such an honour, Shock n Awe is bar none the biggest show on the south coast right now, with some quality fights and if you want to showcase your skills and get noticed this is the place to do it.
Now turning pro and being able to debut on such a big card is great! I can`t wait to get out there and show everyone what I can do.
Quote: Being a little guy I can't think of a better show to make my full pro debut on. I love fighting away from home and Shock n Awe is a great place to come and bring it.
Brian Adams the matchmaker had this to say:
"Well this fight is what SnA is all about, 2 superb flyweight`s looking to make their mark on the division fighting on the home of midget fight`s in the UK. SnA have been pushing the 125lbs division for 3 years now and has been lucky enough to of witnessed some of the very best UK flyweight bout`s so far.
Most of the UK top flyweight`s have already fought their hearts out on the show and I see this fight ticking all of those boxes. It`s a cliche but on paper it looks like an old school grappler vs striker but I honestly think that both guy`s are very well rounded, Gifford has the edge stood up and Caswell has it in the grappling but this fight is too close to call.
The winner of this will make a statement though".
